Responsibilities
- Harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, and grains) according to quality standards
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Perform field maintenance tasks including planting, weeding, and pest control
- Inspect crops for quality and prepare for packaging/shipping
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with supervisors to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
