Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern web technologies.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and technical troubleshooting to ensure system stability.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing sessions.
- Optimize application performance and scalability for a growing user base.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience in JavaScript, React, or Vue.js is required.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, database management (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) is mandatory for client communication.
- Willingness to relocate to Lubbock, TX, or currently residing in the United States.
