Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructure and cloud solutions
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware/software issues
- Develop automation scripts for system monitoring and deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT security protocols
- Document technical processes and create user training materials
- Monitor system performance and optimize resource utilization
- Lead small-scale IT projects with minimal supervision
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on IT infrastructure experience
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and virtualization
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Linux/Windows environments
