Responsibilities
- Perform general assembly and production tasks on the manufacturing line.
- Operate standard machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Inspect finished products to ensure high-quality standards are met.
- Pack, label, and prepare goods for shipment according to regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor, including standing for long periods.
- Basic English communication skills are required for safety and teamwork.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- No prior experience is necessary; we provide on-the-job training.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not strictly mandatory.
- Must be eligible for or willing to pursue EB3 visa sponsorship.
