Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery and production equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and quality control checks on products.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Follow verbal and written instructions accurately to ensure consistent output.
- Handle materials and inventory with care, ensuring proper storage and organization.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to read and comprehend basic English instructions and safety documents.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening as part of the hiring process.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or general labor is a plus but not required.
- Must be eligible for EB3 Unskilled Labor Visa sponsorship.
