Responsibilities
- Perform seasonal harvesting and packing operations for premium produce
- Operate agricultural machinery (training provided)
- Maintain quality control standards during processing
- Adhere to all OSHA and food safety protocols
- Participate in team-based production schedules
- Report equipment maintenance needs promptly
- Complete daily production reports accurately
Qualifications
- Valid H2B visa eligibility (proof required)
- Minimum 6 months agricultural experience
- Ability to work 8-12 hour shifts in outdoor conditions
