Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on wind turbine systems
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic malfunctions using diagnostic tools
- Operate heavy machinery and safety equipment at elevated heights
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports
- Mentor junior technicians and enforce safety protocols
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize turbine performance
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of technical experience in mechanical/electrical maintenance
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights (100+ ft)
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and emergency call-outs
