Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on wind turbine systems
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Operate climbing equipment and safely work at heights up to 300 feet
- Document maintenance activities using digital reporting systems
- Mentor junior technicians and enforce safety protocols
- Collaborate with engineering teams for system optimization
Qualifications
- 3+ years of industrial or technical maintenance experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical/electrical systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Comfortable working in elevated environments and adverse weather
- Basic computer proficiency for reporting systems
- Willingness to obtain required industry certifications
