Responsibilities
- Monitor and control power plant equipment including turbines, generators, and boilers
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical systems
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and EPA safety regulations
- Operate SCADA systems and advanced control interfaces
- Coordinate with engineering teams for system optimization
- Document operational data and prepare maintenance reports

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree not required)
- Minimum 3 years technical experience in power generation or industrial operations
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and control logic
