Responsibilities
- Architect integrated renewable energy systems for urban and rural communities
- Develop AI-powered grid optimization algorithms for 2026 energy demands
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing carbon-negative power solutions
- Design microgrid systems with 99.9% renewable reliability
- Conduct feasibility studies for next-gen solar/wind hybrid installations
- Collaborate with government agencies on sustainability policy frameworks
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging energy technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Energy Engineering or related field
- 5+ years experience in renewable energy system design
- Expertise in AI-driven energy management platforms
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification required
- Proficiency in HOMER Energy and PVsyst simulation tools
- Track record of implementing microgrid projects >10MW capacity
- Strong knowledge of IEEE 1547 and FERC standards
- Published research in sustainable energy systems preferred
