Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and audit high-security smart contracts using Solidity and Rust.
- Optimize gas efficiency and improve the scalability of Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols.
- Integrate decentralized storage solutions (IPFS, Arweave) into decentralized applications.
- Collaborate with frontend teams to provide seamless Web3 user experiences.
- Contribute to open-source blockchain projects and community governance.
- Implement robust security protocols to prevent common vulnerabilities such as reentrancy and overflow attacks.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on blockchain/Web3.
- Deep expertise in Solidity (v0.8+) and Rust.
- Strong understanding of cryptography, consensus mechanisms, and blockchain architecture.
- Experience with testing frameworks (Hardhat, Foundry) and security audits.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade smart contracts on Ethereum or alternative EVM chains.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor junior developers.
