Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy high-security, gas-optimized smart contracts using Solidity and Rust.
- Lead security audits, including internal reviews and third-party penetration testing.
- Design scalable Layer 2 solutions and cross-chain communication protocols.
- Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate dApps with complex backend logic.
- Mentor junior developers and establish coding standards for the blockchain team.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on blockchain technology.
- Deep expertise in Solidity (EVM) and Rust (Solana/Substrate) environments.
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready smart contracts with zero critical vulnerabilities.
- Experience with major blockchain ecosystems (Ethereum, Polygon, Solana).
