Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy high-throughput smart contracts using Solidity, Rust, and Vyper.
- Implement Zero-Knowledge (ZK) rollups and privacy-preserving protocols to enhance scalability.
- Conduct rigorous security audits and penetration testing to protect user assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate decentralized identity (DID) with AI systems.
- Mentor a team of talented engineers and establish best practices for the Web3 ecosystem.
- Drive the technical roadmap for interoperability across multi-chain environments.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Blockchain development or Web3 engineering.
- Deep proficiency in Solidity, Rust, or Go with a proven track record of shipping production-ready code.
- Strong understanding of DeFi protocols, tokenomics, and gas optimization strategies.
- Experience with distributed systems, cryptography, and consensus mechanisms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
