Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting for software engineering, data science, and product management roles.
- Source passive candidates using advanced Boolean search strategies and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Manage the entire recruitment pipeline from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build long-term relationships with hiring managers to understand their technical needs and culture fit.
- Conduct in-depth phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate competency.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize job postings and employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or recruiting agency environment.
- Proven track record of placing hard-to-fill engineering and technical roles.
- Expert proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical stacks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
