Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including Software Engineering, Data Science, and IT.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the entire candidate lifecycle, from requisition to offer acceptance.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and success metrics.
- Maintain accurate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and reporting on pipeline metrics.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition within the US market.
- Proven track record of successfully closing candidates in a competitive market.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly.
- Experience recruiting for software development or IT roles is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
