Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, including Software Engineering, Data Science, and Supply Chain Management.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques on LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search to identify passive candidates in the Detroit and Michigan areas.
- Screen, interview, and present top-tier candidates to hiring managers, ensuring a rigorous yet efficient process.
- Develop strong relationships with engineering teams and hiring stakeholders to understand technical requirements.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and provide regular updates on hiring status.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts through participation in local hiring events and career fairs.
- Utilize ATS systems (Greenhouse/Lever) to track metrics and improve sourcing efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Talent Acquisition.
- Deep understanding of the automotive and tech sectors in Detroit.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Boolean search strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close candidates effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
