Responsibilities
- Lead System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, resilient, and secure microservices architectures.
- Technical Strategy: Translate business requirements into robust technical roadmaps, ensuring alignment with the 2026 product vision.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish and enforce coding standards; mentor junior developers and senior engineers alike to foster a culture of excellence.
- Performance Engineering: Proactively identify system bottlenecks and implement high-impact optimizations to ensure zero downtime.
- Cloud & DevOps: Spearhead the migration and management of cloud-native infrastructure on AWS and Kubernetes.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent technical field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Core Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go, with a strong understanding of distributed systems.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven track record designing solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- DevOps Proficiency: Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Problem Solving: Ability to solve complex technical challenges with a focus on scalability and security.
