Responsibilities
- Provide Technical Support: Assist employees with hardware and software issues via phone and ticketing systems.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on workstations, printers, and network equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve basic network connectivity and software application errors.
- Hardware Setup: Set up new employee workstations, including configuring email and access permissions.
- User Training: Educate staff on best practices for IT security and software usage.
- Inventory Management: Assist in tracking IT assets and hardware inventory.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior professional IT experience required. Previous internship or coursework is a strong plus.
- Computer Literacy: Comfortable navigating Microsoft Windows and Mac OS operating systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Visa Eligibility: Must be legally eligible to work in the United States and willing to undergo sponsorship if selected.
