Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native infrastructure on AWS/Azure using Terraform and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and DevOps automation
- Conduct security assessments and implement compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical reviews
- Drive cost optimization strategies for enterprise cloud environments
- Collaborate with product teams to define cloud architecture roadmaps
- Document technical specifications and architecture diagrams
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cloud engineering with AWS/Azure certification
- Expertise in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong Python/Go programming skills for automation
- Experience with microservices architecture and container orchestration
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
- Security-first mindset with cloud security best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
