Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain complex on-premise and cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS).
- Implement and enforce enterprise-level security protocols and compliance standards.
- Lead the IT team in troubleshooting, patching, and system optimization.
- Automate repetitive tasks using scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
- Manage Active Directory, user provisioning, and identity management.
- Conduct regular disaster recovery drills and system audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align IT strategies with business goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Systems Administration or Network Engineering.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Azure Administrator, or CCNA are preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and Active Directory.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
- Willingness to obtain a security clearance if required.
