Responsibilities
- Analyze supply chain data to identify optimization opportunities and reduce operational costs
- Develop and implement predictive models for demand forecasting and inventory management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline logistics processes across North Carolina and Tennessee
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma methodologies
- Generate executive-level reports on KPIs and supply chain performance metrics
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for transportation services
- Oversee implementation of new supply chain technologies and digital transformation projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations or logistics analysis
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and supply chain software (SAP/APO preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in Six Sigma Green Belt or CPIM preferred
- Proven track record of implementing cost-saving logistics solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data to stakeholders
- Willingness to travel up to 20% for regional operations in North Carolina
