Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate 15+ night shift warehouse associates
- Optimize inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Train new hires and implement performance improvement plans
- Collaborate with day shift teams for operational continuity
- Monitor warehouse metrics and implement efficiency improvements
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical matters
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- Previous night shift supervision required
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
