Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control and cycle counting operations during overnight shifts
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety protocols
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and verify documentation accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces following 5S standards
- Collaborate with day shift teams for smooth transition of operational priorities
- Implement quality control measures to ensure product integrity
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking and reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience (night shift preferred)
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Physical stamina to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
