Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to define feature requirements and technical architecture.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, perform unit testing, and debug issues to ensure high system stability and performance.
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development with a focus on backend or full-stack engineering.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Deep understanding of relational and non-relational databases, including SQL and MongoDB.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
