Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions using modern cloud architectures (AWS/Azure).
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, latency, and scalability to handle high traffic loads.
- troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement robust solutions in production environments.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from planning to deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Must be willing to relocate to El Paso, TX, and available to work in the US.
