Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Designers, QA) to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, perform unit testing, and debug complex issues to ensure system stability.
- Lead architectural decisions and technical planning sessions, ensuring best practices for security and performance.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or mentorship capacity.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or C#, with experience in React, Angular, or Node.js preferred.
- Demonstrated experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Proven ability to obtain and maintain required work authorization; candidates must be willing to undergo the visa sponsorship process (H1B, O1, or Green Card).
