Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Identify and resolve technical debt and optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development (Java, Python, or React preferred).
- Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal) to communicate effectively with international and domestic teams.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and database management systems (SQL, NoSQL).
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Omaha, Nebraska.
