Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and implement high-quality software solutions for complex business problems.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to define feature requirements.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and code quality.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical technical issues in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or C# and modern web frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Demonstrated ability to work in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
