Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-based applications using Java, Python, and React
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions for federal clients
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architectural planning sessions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices using AWS and Docker
- Ensure compliance with federal security standards (FISMA, FedRAMP)
- Lead technical troubleshooting and performance optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with Java/Python and React
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization technologies
- Strong understanding of federal IT compliance requirements
- Proven track record of mentoring technical teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and architectural design experience
