Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders and the engineering team.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery to delivery and post-launch analysis.
- Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and gaps.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and engineering leads to build world-class user experiences.
- Drive the product backlog, prioritize features, and manage trade-offs between speed, quality, and scope.
- Analyze product metrics and user feedback to continuously iterate and improve product performance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and cross-functional partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching products and managing complex projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience working with international teams and navigating cross-cultural environments.
- Willingness to obtain necessary work authorization if not already present in the US.
