Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using modern languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, security standards, and adherence to best practices.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in a high-load production environment.
- Participate in architecture planning and technical decision-making to drive long-term system stability.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to foster team growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development (Java, Python, or C# preferred).
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Ability to relocate to Raleigh, NC, or currently hold a valid work visa (H1B, O1, etc.) willing to transfer.
