Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using modern frameworks.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from concept through deployment.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices and code quality.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and Backend Engineers.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and high security standards.
- Integrate third-party APIs and cloud services to enhance functionality.
- Drive architectural decisions and technical improvements for long-term scalability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
