Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using modern programming languages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, and engineering) to define features and technical requirements.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security standards are met.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in software development, preferably in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven ability to obtain and maintain US work visa sponsorship (H1B, L1, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
