Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable cloud-native applications using AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Lead agile development cycles with Jira/Confluence
- Optimize system performance and security protocols
- Collaborate with global teams across 5 time zones
- Contribute to open-source initiatives and patent innovations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in backend development (Python/Java/Go)
- Expertise in microservices architecture and containerization
- Strong problem-solving skills with system design experience
- Proficient in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience working in multicultural environments preferred
