Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud-native applications using Python and AWS
- Mentor junior engineers through our structured onboarding program

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in full-stack development with Python/Django
- Expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong communication skills in English
