Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality, best practices, and architectural standards.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues in a production environment, providing rapid resolution.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the software development landscape.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack development (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Strong proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to relocate to Charlotte, NC, and work on-site.
