Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern technologies and frameworks.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define and implement new features.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability to meet business needs.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure best practices are followed across the team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Proficiency in relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Demonstrated ability to obtain and maintain a work visa (H1B, O1, etc.) and relocate to the USA.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
