Role Overview
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying robust software applications that drive our business forward. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring the highest standards of code quality and performance.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure best practices for security and performance.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment and maintenance.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering team.
- Debug complex issues and provide innovative solutions to technical challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java (specific stack will be discussed during interview).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Proven experience with React, Node.js, or similar frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to obtain and maintain US work authorization (Visa sponsorship required).
