Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain enterprise-level IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud systems
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware/software issues across 500+ users
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct regular vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate on DevOps projects using CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab)
- Document IT processes and create comprehensive technical documentation
- Train staff on new technologies and best practices
- Monitor system performance and optimize for efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in system administration or IT support
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and networking fundamentals
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) preferred
- Eligibility for visa sponsorship (H-1B, O-1, or other applicable visas)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
