Responsibilities
- Lead development of microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS cloud infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers through Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Design secure, high-performance APIs for financial systems
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native architecture patterns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-scale solutions
- Conduct code reviews and maintain technical documentation
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex issues
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience with Java and cloud platforms
- Expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
- Proven experience leading technical projects and mentoring teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- CI/CD pipeline experience (Jenkins, GitLab, or similar)
- Financial services or fintech domain knowledge preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
