What You Will Do:

- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and debugging to ensure product excellence.
- Lead architectural decisions and mentor junior developers within the team.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Ensure application security and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and Python.
- Strong experience with SQL databases and NoSQL solutions (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, remote-friendly environment.
