Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using React, Node.js, and Python.
- Lead architectural decisions and ensure code quality through rigorous code reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define product requirements and user stories.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security to handle high traffic loads.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Debug and resolve production issues quickly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL) and NoSQL solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to coding.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
