Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern languages and frameworks.
- Lead the technical architecture and implementation of complex web and mobile applications.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Identify and resolve technical debt to improve system performance and maintainability.
- Drive innovation by researching and implementing new technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with experience in React or Angular.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to relocate to Cincinnati, OH, for this position.
