Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud-native applications using Java and AWS
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Lead Agile sprints with Jira and Confluence
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise solutions
- Stay current with emerging technologies through our innovation budget
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of software development in enterprise environments
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent English communication abilities
