Responsibilities
- Deliver remote and on-site technical support for hardware/software systems
- Manage user accounts, security protocols, and network infrastructure
- Troubleshoot complex IT issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Implement cybersecurity best practices and data protection measures
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Provide after-hours support on rotating flexible schedule
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of IT support experience with Windows/macOS systems
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft 365 preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
