Responsibilities
- Architect cloud-native solutions for Tampa-based clients using AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior engineers and lead agile development sprints
- Collaborate with US teams via real-time communication tools
- Optimize system performance and implement CI/CD pipelines
- Contribute to technical strategy for North American expansion
- Conduct quarterly on-site reviews in Tampa (4 weeks/year)
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in distributed systems
- Expertise in Python/Java and microservices architecture
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Proven experience with DevOps practices and Terraform
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills
- Relevant degree in Computer Science or equivalent
