Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications and APIs using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define features and technical specifications.
- Lead code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and establish coding standards for the engineering team.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment.
- Debug complex issues and troubleshoot production problems with minimal downtime.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development (Java, Python, or Go preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
