Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Maintain and improve the performance, scalability, and security of existing applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code through rigorous code reviews.
- Debug complex issues and implement efficient fixes in a timely manner.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Deep understanding of relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to obtain a US work authorization and willingness to relocate to Cincinnati, OH.
