Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices, security standards, and coding guidelines.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues to ensure system stability and performance.
- Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy discussions to drive innovation.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or C++).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
