Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
- Optimize application performance and ensure security best practices are followed.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning, with a focus on efficiency.
- Work with a flexible schedule that accommodates your personal commitments while meeting project deadlines.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
- Demonstrated experience with database management systems (SQL and NoSQL).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
